Jordan family start renting the current site from the British Government. The Jordan family are 5th generation Millers.
1968
Jordan family acquire site from Bedford Council.
1972
Jordan and Karsan families start the current oat mill and name it W Jordans Millers. Moez Karsan becomes the first Managing Director.
1980s
ConAgra of USA becomes a substantial shareholder in EOM and the company grows exponentially in this decade. W Jordans Millers renamed European Oat Millers (EOM).
1990s
Jordan and Karsan families acquire the ConAgra shareholding through share buy back.
Early 2000s
EOM doubles in size through massive capacity increases and expansion.
2008
EOM acquires the Biggleswade production facility from ABF and enters into further value added ingredients.
2012
Alk Brand appointed as new Managing Director and Moez Karsan as Chairman.
2013
EOM acquires new production facility at Hudson Road in Bedford and move Biggleswade plant to this site.
2014
Aggressive investment plan gives the mill a complete new facelift and the new renovation program kicks in.

Jordan family acquires Karsan family shareholding and become sole shareholders of EOM.

Peter Baker becomes Chairman of EOM.

Richardson International acquires EOM and company becomes Richardson Milling (UK) Ltd .
