Protein inclusion products are very important here at European Oat Millers. We’ve designed and created high protein wheat and oat extruded crispies, which can be used in bars or cereals to give the consumer an extra protein boost.

Oat Protein Crispies

Characteristically these are more expanded than the wheat protein crispy. They’re a cream colour with a rougher texture, and a round, cylindrical shape. Many possible applications can be used for these crispies, including being added to cereal bars, yogurts and granola.

Wheat Protein Crispies

Packing a 60% plus protein content, this crispie can add some serious protein to your product. They’re smaller than the oat variety as more protein results in less expansion.
